Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our EYFS setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with young learners who require tailored support.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing individualized support to students, collaborating with teachers and SENCO to implement effective strategies, and fostering a positive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

A salary of £29,500 per annum is available for this role, dependent on experience.

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to EYFS children, particularly those with ASD and non-verbal communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to implement effective strategies that promote communication and engagement
