Sales and Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Customer Experience Lead at Big Motoring World. This role offers a challenging opportunity to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- To maximise sales and customer satisfaction by second-facing customers and implementing effective sales strategies.
- To assist with the operational aspect of the yard for the sale of used cars, including coordinating sales activities and providing support to the sales team.
- To help direct and motivate the sales team, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- To implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
- To adhere to Company Policies, Procedures, and Codes of Conduct, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Full Manual UK Driving License (required). Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
