Sales and Data Management Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Data Management professional to join our team at Big Motoring World.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation, maximising customer satisfaction, and ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to implement effective sales plans.

A successful candidate will be able to work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets, lead by example, and inspire their team to achieve outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To report directly to the Management and oversee the sales operation.
  • To second face customer to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the operational aspect of yard for the sale of used cars.
  • Help to direct and motivate the sales team whilst remaining a key member of it.
  • Implement effective sales plans.
  • Work to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
  • Lead by example and inspire your team to achieve outstanding sales results whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence.
  • The ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal.
  • Literate, numerate and proficient computer skills.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
