Help Make a Difference in the Lives of Manchester Families

We are recruiting for a Family Intervention Key Worker to support hard-to-reach families in Central Manchester. The successful candidate will work with young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues, helping them engage with their education and build positive relationships with their community.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable families. As a Family Intervention Key Worker, you will be working in partnership with social workers and family members to identify the needs of each individual child and develop strategies to support their well-being and educational progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with social workers and family members to understand the needs of each child
  • Developing and implementing support plans to help children overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
  • Working closely with school staff to ensure that children receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally
Requirements:
  • Social Work experience or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
