Administrative Support Specialist

Support the Service & Applications department in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the UK Office and company personnel.
- Manage quote-to-invoice process for parts and service, including communication with overseas accounting firms.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering of parts, and shipment preparation.
- Ensure accurate filing and database updating for relevant activities.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support management.
