About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to work closely with our clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored rehabilitation plans and improve functional independence.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, planning, and organizational skills, as well as empathy and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs following neurological trauma or conditions.

  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.
  4. Monitor progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and document outcomes.
  5. Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on managing neurological challenges.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in neuro rehabilitation (preferably within community or inpatient settings).
  • Strong assessment, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
