Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Monmouth Scientific Limited. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining our laboratory equipment across the UK.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, with experience in electrical installations and maintenance. You will also possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and provide top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Commissioning: Work alongside our delivery partner to construct and install cleanrooms, cabinets, benches, and other products.
  • Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and maintenance on our laboratory equipment, ensuring it meets the required standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to customers on installed products, enabling them to maximize their usage and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in laboratory equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
