Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Monmouth Scientific Limited. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across the UK.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of laboratory equipment.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installations: Work alongside other team members to install cleanrooms, cabinets, benches, and other products.
  • Servicing: Carry out servicing on a wide range of cabinets and facilities to ensure they are safe to use and conform to relevant standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs on cabinets and facilities.
  • Training: Provide training to customers on the installed products, including how to perform maintenance and troubleshoot issues.

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 'C' in English Language and Mathematics.
