Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Coalesce Recruitment Limited in Cambridgeshire. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including maintenance, repair, and installation of laboratory equipment in various settings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout Cambridgeshire to perform on-site service, preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of centrifuges, incubators, pumps, vacuum concentrators, and agitators
- Complete service reports and calibration certificates as required
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients

Requirements
- Proven experience in a field service or engineering capacity on laboratory equipment, medical devices, dental equipment, or similar
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel on business with overnight stays

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £36,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus a company car, 20 days' holiday (rising to 25 with service), Christmas shutdown, pension scheme, and no weekend or bank holiday working or call outs.
