About the RoleThe role of a Service Director is crucial in leading a multi-vendor medical imaging service team. This dynamic position involves driving strategy for imaging installations, service support and positioning for growth throughout Europe. As a key member of the team, you will define service strategy, operational goals and processes, and oversee operations with regards to support services, facilities management, parts supply, auditing and expansion across Europe.
Your BackgroundTo succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate strong leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and managing teams. A qualification in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Degree or Master's preferred) is also essential. Additionally, you should have proven experience in medical imaging services or medical imaging OEM services with a strong understanding of installation and support processes.
