• Understanding of CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations
• Proven track record in managing staff rotas and developing care plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and quality

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
