Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work with an established Home Care agency, utilizing their expertise in creating service user care plans and planning staff rotas using a bespoke system.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to ensure Company and CQC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create service user care plans and plan staff rotas using a bespoke system.
  • Support new and existing care staff, coordinating key carers in designated areas.
  • Ensure Company and CQC compliance.

Requirements:

  • A full valid driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in doing rotas and care plans.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
