Yes Care Group is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to lead its West London office. As a dynamic and expanding domiciliary care agency, we provide home carers to clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

This role represents an exciting opportunity for a positive, proactive, and resilient individual with sound judgement to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our South West London contract.

The successful candidate will oversee various responsibilities, including:

  • Assigning care packages and allocating care workers to service users effectively.
  • Managing rosters and utilizing relevant software to optimize care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records for service users and care workers.
  • Monitoring attendance and timeliness using electronic tools.
  • Collaborating with field supervisors on care reviews and risk assessments.
  • Evaluating service quality through telephone monitoring and visits.
  • Processing fortnightly payroll for care workers.
  • Fostering relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruiting and managing care workers, ensuring they receive necessary supervision.
  • Representing the company during official meetings and events.
  • Attending training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and upholding high standards of care.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), commensurate with the demands of the role and the required skills.

A suitable candidate will possess essential attributes, including self-motivation, responsibility, strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. They should also be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and have a keen eye for detail.

Required qualifications include a minimum of one year's experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care agency and possession of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF). Familiarity with Staff Plan or CM2000 software is desirable.
