HR Operations Administrator

Parkside Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Operations Administrator to join our team in St Albans. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (pro-rata), pension, and Life Assurance (4x salary). As an HR Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to our Early Talent group, managing training requests, and coordinating induction programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Early Talent group, answering HR-related queries.
  • Manage training and exam bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices.

Requirements:
  • Education: Degree-level education. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable.
  • Experience: At least 12 months of administrative experience, ideally within HR.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
