HR Administrative Assistant

A leading professional services company in St Albans is seeking a highly organized Early Talent HR Administrator to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Early Talent client group, handling training requests, and coordinating assessment days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries from the Early Talent client group, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.
- Handle training requests and exam bookings, ensuring seamless logistics and smooth execution.
- Prepare training agreements for employees, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor training logs, tracking study schedules and exam results, and disseminating updates on SharePoint.
- Support the training budget process, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Familiarize yourself with professional qualifications and pathways, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Schedule and coordinate assessment days, apprentice recruitment, and careers fair campaigns, promoting the company's reputation and brand.
- Arrange induction programs for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Ensure all apprentices have completed relevant enrollment forms prior to commencing studies.
- Maintain effective communication with Kaplan and other training providers, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year of administration experience, preferably within the HR domain.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a strong academic background.
- CIPD Level 3 certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in human resources.
- Able to effectively communicate with employees and partners, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines with ease, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to craft compelling messages and reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong team player, with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to adapt.
- Confident in MS Excel, with hands-on experience and proficiency in data analysis.
