Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Services Professional to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. Based in St Albans, this role will provide vital support in the HR department, with a strong focus on administration and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of administrative experience, preferably within HR, and possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Early Talent queries and provide HR policy information.
- Manage training and exam bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices.
- Track study schedules, exam progress, and ensure success updates are shared.
- Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, assessment days, and career fairs.
- Liaise with external training providers like Kaplan to ensure smooth processes.
This role offers flexible working hours, with office hours between 8 am - 6:30 pm and core hours between 10 am - 4:30 pm. The salary for this position is £27,500 per annum, with benefits including 25 days holiday (pro-rata), pension, and Life Assurance (4x salary).
