Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and efficient, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming correspondence and maintain office supplies inventories.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
