Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Territory Sales Executive to join our team at DPDGroup UK LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and manage existing customer relationships to ensure they meet agreed-upon profiles.
  • Successfully handover new accounts to the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager.
  • Pursue regular trading opportunities and champion the partnership process with new prospects.
  • Achieve productivity targets, including 12 brand new prospect visits per week.
  • Achieve all portfolio product targets as laid down by the company.
  • Obtain necessary documentation to process credit facilities to ISO standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in sales or a similar environment.
  • Tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Outstanding communication, persuading, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to focus on customers' needs and gain their commitment.
  • High levels of integrity and empathy.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Adaptability to suit internal and external customers' needs.
  • Effective problem resolution and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
