About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer spend
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trade environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis
