About the RoleThis SME Business Development Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in achieving high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations. The position requires drive, creativity, and dynamic thinking to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading and developing people's performance, as well as using data to make informed decisions on resource management and implementing a short- and long-term strategy.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Benefits:
- 12% defined non-contributory pension scheme.
- Annual company bonus.
- Life cover - four times your salary.
Time away:
- 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
- You can also request to swap UK bank holidays for days off that have cultural or religious significance to you.
- The option to buy up to an additional 20 days or sell some of your holiday.
- Up to 16 weeks' full pay for maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
