As a key member of the Moginie James team within the Leaders Romans Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and excellence in property services. This exciting opportunity for an Assistant Lettings Manager promises to deliver a fulfilling career path with opportunities for advancement.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch. They will also support the Lettings Manager in directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team, ensuring exceptional customer care and meeting targets for lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow volume of new lettings business and income production
  • Support the Lettings Manager with directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team
  • Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties
  • Accountable quality of customer care
  • Meet and exceed targets for lettings business

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience working as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager, with a proven track record in securing new business. You should possess strong negotiation skills, high-level customer service skills, and a good telephone manner. A full UK driving license is also essential.
