Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

We are looking for an individual who can provide essential support to our Property team, negotiating lease terms and conditions with landlords and rent reviews. With a growing portfolio of over 700 trading stores, this role provides valuable exposure to a wide range of property management activities.

The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and other stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Key responsibilities include monitoring lease key dates, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals, and conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Real Estate or a similar RICS approved degree, with some experience in the Property/Estate field. You will also require exceptional organizational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments and consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Liaise with landlord's or their agents directly, presenting comparable evidence to negotiate the best terms
  • Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and provide informed recommendations
