As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will join our team in delivering high-quality learning and development interventions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering innovative learning solutions and programmes, working closely with the Talent, Learning & Development Manager to ensure effective delivery of learning and development initiatives. You will maintain accurate records of learning programmes and participant engagement. To be successful in this role, you will require CIPD qualified or equivalent in Learning & Development, demonstrable experience in developing and delivering high-quality learning and development solutions, and previous experience working within a similar role in a Learning & Development environment.
