Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Coordinator to join our dynamic and vibrant social care organisation in Stirling and Forth Valley.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to enable individuals with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.

This is a full-time, permanent contract offering a competitive salary of £28,961 per annum, an additional on-call payment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
