Stock Maintenance Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Stock Maintenance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction techniques, methodology, and energy efficiency, as well as excellent communication and customer care skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our housing stock.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits to assess property conditions, identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair, and collaborating with the team to develop remedial and investment programs. A driving license is essential for this role, and proficiency in using mobile devices and database software packages is highly desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
