About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of product supply in each region. This involves coordinating the procurement of installation materials, managing van stock, new starter kits, and electrical materials, and ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and correctly allocated in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee procurement of installation materials for regional operations teams.
  • Order installation materials to ensure on-time delivery for each installation.
  • Replenish warehouse materials, including training equipment.
  • Ensure vehicles are set up according to material lists and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage returns processes via hub or supplier.
  • Work towards process improvement and cost-saving targets.
  • Support the Academy in setting up and training on the ERP system.
  • Report product supply deviations to the Procurement Manager.
  • Record and report on-time-in-full delivery to the Procurement Manager.
  • Ensure all stock movements are recorded in the ERP system.
  • Lead central team warehouse stock procurement audits for the region.
  • Be the main point of contact for wholesalers.
  • Work with Team Leads to feedback changes to materials lists.
  • Collaborate with other Logistics managers to introduce best practices and audit readiness.
  • Work with the Finance team to resolve material allocation queries.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock replenishment.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures for vehicle setup.
  • Experience in managing returns processes.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
  • Attention to detail in recording and reporting stock movements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and contribute to company and personal growth initiatives.
