Job Description

Morson Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team on behalf of Atlas Elektronik UK. This is a 6-12 month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Provide refreshments to meeting rooms (201s and rotunda only)
    • Maintain stock required for refreshments
    • Conduct weekly checks to ensure meeting rooms are configured as requested, information packs are available, and equipment is in good working order
  • Meeting Room Logistics
    • Facilitate refreshment requirement requests between AEUK and Catering Supplier
    • Facilitate meeting room logistics requests with Infrastructure Department
  • Business Support
    • Provide assistance to counter service, manage bookings for meeting rooms, and archive data
    • Collect data for project build packs and input relevant information onto SharePoint
    • Proof check data for integrity
  • Storage and Logistics
    • Assist with managing and maintaining storage areas
    • Coordinate standing orders deliveries and date rotation and replenishment of stock
  • Gym Support
    • Provide support to the gym committee, including ensuring new member packs are available and maintaining data protection
  • General Business Support
    • Provide assistance and absence cover to all support roles as required and agreed through manager
