About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Account Coordinator to join our team at Staffline Operations. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their recruitment requirements, assisting our workforce with inquiries and shift bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with on-site management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support on-site clients with their recruitment needs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist our workforce with any inquiries and shift bookings, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with on-site management, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Complete staff check-ins, PPE checks, and factory walks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Good multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work across 7 days a week, with varying shifts and finish times.
