Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our UK HR team at Malvern Panalytical Limited. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR service to managers and employees across the UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the HR management system Workday, coordinating the HR inbox, and providing internal and external audit support. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the UK HR team is updated on any HR activities and issues during daily and weekly meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the HR management system Workday, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate the HR inbox, assigning emails to the correct HR team member.
  • Provide internal and external audit support, maintaining HR Business management system documents.
  • Ensure the UK HR team is updated on any HR activities and issues during daily and weekly meetings.
  • Process invoices and create purchase orders for HR-related expenditure.
  • Provide ongoing support to the HRBP's in their day-to-day role, including note-taking, checking, and advising on policy and letters.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment, and ensure all new starters receive and return the correct documentation.
  • Organize and update personnel files for all UK new and current employees, ensuring the correct documentation is held for each employee.
  • Ensure new employees are assigned the relevant induction E-Learning modules.

About You:

  • Working towards or CIPD level 5 qualified.
  • HR Administration experience ideally gained within a commercial business environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using HR systems.
  • Experience of working with confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis.
