Inclusive Education Manager

This SENDCo position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities at a well-respected school in West Bromwich.
Main Accountabilities- Design and deliver tailored support programs for pupils with SEND, utilizing expertise in intervention strategies and differentiated instruction.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and refine the school's SEND policy, ensuring alignment with national standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and progress reports on pupils with SEND.
The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and SENDCo qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a SENDCo in a primary or secondary school setting. They will have a deep understanding of SEND legislation and school policies, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Criteria- Negotiable salary, estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the educational experience of pupils with SEND.
- Full-time position, 8:20 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only), offering a healthy work-life balance.
