Job Title: Sales Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to join our team at Flexible Meetings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and business development
- Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs
- Identify and act on new business development opportunities and emerging market trends
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success
- Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales
- Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring sales targets are met
- Utilize our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report on sales activity
Requirements:
- A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust in a telemarketing environment
- A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects
- Someone who is energetic, persuasive, and naturally curious to gather valuable information and turn it into business development
- A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media
- Someone who can open doors and engage with organizations while upholding high integrity
- Experience in telesales within schools, trusts, or the construction industry would be a huge plus
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per year
- Bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus
- Company events, company pension, free parking, and on-site parking
- An 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, working in person
