Sales Development Executive

Ginger Recruitment Services Limited is an independent North-West recruitment consultancy based in Ribchester, servicing businesses across the Ribble Valley, Lancashire & the UK. We aim to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to help find the right person for the vacancy.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing technical information and guidance to clients. The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organisations
• Provide technical information and guidance to clients on their sales and marketing strategies
• Work closely with our wider sales and support teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum.
