Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. This exciting opportunity will see you driving sales growth in grocery stores across the North West region, working closely with key decision makers to increase brand visibility and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and merchandisers to ensure optimal display and availability of our client's brand portfolio.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to drive sales and ROI.
  • Work independently to manage your territory and achieve set targets, with support from our in-house academy and field sales team.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in sales or marketing, with experience in grocery retail preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
