Territory Sales Development Manager

As a Territory Sales Development Manager at IDEAL PERSONNEL, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding sales in an established territory. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading distributor of bicycle parts and accessories, representing globally recognised category leading products and brands.
About the Role- Identify opportunities to introduce new brands and products to the market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent specialist retailers in the territory.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and retail support teams to ensure optimal brand presence and placement in stores.
- Work closely with product promoters to enhance in-store brand displays, product presentations, and shop staff training.
- PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL: Whether within or outside the cycling industry, you should have a track record of success in sales.
- SELF-MOTIVATED AND TARGET-FOCUSED: A results-driven individual with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- CUSTOMER-FACING SKILLS: Genuine empathy and interest in supporting independent bicycle retailers, understanding their challenges and helping them succeed with brands.
- LOCATION REQUIREMENT: Residency within the designated sales territory, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire, or Cumbria, is required.
- A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE IS NECESSARY.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
