Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Lancashire, Cumbria, and the Isle of Man. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our Continence Care product portfolio across community and secondary care markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical and commercial understanding, excellent business management skills, and the ability to manage a 'business within a business'. You will also need to be comfortable selling remotely through virtual and field-based interactions.
The role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a company that prioritizes its employees' well-being and invests heavily in R&D.
As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be given the autonomy to shape your own sales strategy and work closely with our client's internal teams to achieve business objectives.
