About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and satisfaction to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Chase deliveries with suppliers and couriers, providing proof of deliveries and tracking information for orders.
  • Monitor purchase order confirmations and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Raise support tickets to log queries and process returns of faulty or incorrectly ordered goods.
  • Manage incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner, resolving and distributing supplier paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and prioritize workload and priorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful order processing and sales work.
Person Specification:
  • Experience working in a customer support/admin role, passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and resolve issues.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer needs simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Sage is highly advantageous.
  • Logistics and supply chain knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work well with customers and colleagues at all levels.
