About the Role:

Tetrosyl Group Limited is seeking an experienced Amazon Regional Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Vendor Central accounts and driving sales growth on Amazon.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Support logistical queries on Amazon, including PO extensions, cancellations, returns, and FC refusals.
  • Monitor and update weekly budget reports to track performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase conversion rates and traffic on Amazon.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to enhance account performance.
  • Take ownership of Amazon marketplaces in ROW regions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to manage inventory and optimize logistics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Vendor Central accounts, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, driving actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
