About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Office Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our Regional Managing Director and team. As a key member of our regional office, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area, managing correspondence, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the regional office reception area, including welcoming visitors and assisting with the sign-in process.
  • Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, while upholding our company values of Passionate, Collaborative, and Respectful communication.
  • Attend meetings as required, create agendas, take minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment, to ensure smooth office operations.
