Dental Officer Coordinator

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Ltd is seeking an experienced Independent Living Services Manager to join their team.
Salary:The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
About the Role:This exciting opportunity will see you managing a team of professionals who support vulnerable residents in Independent Living Schemes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the independence, wellbeing, and security of tenants through effective response, interventions, support, and tenancy management.
- Responsibilities include responding to alarm calls, co-ordinating appropriate responses, identifying needs, installing assistive technology, and undertaking viewings and sign-ups.
- You will also conduct intensive housing management assessments and reviews, perform risk assessments, and provide effective mitigation measures.
- An additional responsibility will be developing and supporting social activities that encourage independence and social inclusion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience of providing face-to-face services directly to the public with an enhanced level of support to vulnerable people.
- A working knowledge of all housing management processes including new tenant sign-ups, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy breaches.
- Knowledge of compliance including testing equipment and alarms, health and safety compliance, and fire and legionella regulations.
