Gleeson Homes is seeking a highly skilled Regional Office Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to the Regional Managing Director and wider team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the regional office reception area, including greeting visitors and assisting with the sign-in process.
  2. Oversee company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, while embodying the company values of Passionate, Collaborative, and Respectful.
  3. Coordinate inventory of office supplies, ensuring smooth office operations.
  4. Identify and manage internal and external office facilities, including kitchen refreshments, signage, and parking requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Experience working as a receptionist in a professional environment.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  4. Presentation skills and customer service knowledge.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

What We Offer: A generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum plus bank holidays.
