Regional Administrative Support Specialist

Gleeson Homes is seeking a highly skilled Regional Office Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to the Regional Managing Director and wider team.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the regional office reception area, including greeting visitors and assisting with the sign-in process.
- Oversee company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters, while embodying the company values of Passionate, Collaborative, and Respectful.
- Coordinate inventory of office supplies, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Identify and manage internal and external office facilities, including kitchen refreshments, signage, and parking requirements.
- Experience working as a receptionist in a professional environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Presentation skills and customer service knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What We Offer: A generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum plus bank holidays.
