HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our national retail division. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Stores teams, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee life cycles, including new starters, job changes, and leavers
- Proactive management of HR queries across all communication channels
- Working closely with regional HR Advisors on AWOL processes, return to work, and probations
- Supporting the wider HR team on various tasks, including new starter checks, maternity, paternity, and parental requests
About You
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in HR administration, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
You will be confident in your ability to remain objective and pragmatic, with a sound judgement and the ability to balance coaching and challenging styles to drive great outcomes.
Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office is essential, with the ability to work on projects, communicate effectively, and deliver presentations.
