Account Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Pertemps Bond in Crewe. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our long-standing contract in Haydock, working closely with Operations and other internal departments to establish solutions to business or customer challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the strategic commercial relationship between the company and drivers
* Base 2-3 days a week out of our Client in Haydock
* Recruiting, interviewing, and planning HGV Drivers into work
* Planning day-to-day and weekly drivers
* Deliver all account management activities in line with the company's standards
**Requirements**
* Previous Recruitment and Account Management experience – preferably 2+ years
* Proven record of understanding company business and values, successful client management, and high client satisfaction
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent customer service skills
* Drive for continuous improvement
