Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for the production and maintenance of payroll groups, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly production and maintenance of own payroll groups
  • Setting up new starters and recent leavers
  • Providing readily available point of contact for associates and other appropriate bodies
  • Dealing with any employee queries regarding wages
  • Dealing with employee expenses and staff credit cards
  • Distribution of final & payment run reports & manage returns
  • Assisting with cash book reconciliation & non-compliance reporting
Requirements
  • The ability to re-calculate overpayments and manual payments
  • Previous experience in a payroll position
  • Possessing a good level of technical skills, (Word/Excel/and Payroll systems)
  • Confident telephone skills with a customer service approach
