Accounting and Payroll Assistant Job Description:

Agility Resourcing is hiring an experienced Accounting and Payroll Assistant to provide exceptional business accounting and payroll services. The successful candidate will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Certifying subcontractor applications for payment.
  • Processing & paying labour only subcontractor invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Issuing on-site labour timesheets to project managers for approval.
  • Supporting with processing the monthly payroll.

We require a skilled Accounting and Payroll Assistant with basic knowledge of accounting procedures and experience in a similar role. You should also have great systems experience, preferably including an accounts/payroll system and proficient in MS Office and IT systems.


Remuneration:

The estimated salary range for this position is £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on your level of expertise.
