Compensation and Benefits Director for EMEA

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Director to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consulting and partnering support for all compensation and benefits activities related to job evaluation, salary analysis, and administration.
- Design and develop compensation and benefits programs to meet business objectives and ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to deliver compensation and benefits support to meet HR objectives and business strategy.
- Partner with external consulting companies on survey completion and key strategic projects.
- 4-6 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits in a large complex organization.
- Experience in management or support implementation or work with HR compensation systems.
- Previous experience of managing strategic projects in Compensation and Benefits.
- A strong background in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics preferred.
