Railway Maintenance Engineer

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Technical Support Engineer within our company, Colas Rail UK.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
About the Job Description:
- Maintain the quality and safety of our fleet by conducting regular inspections and providing technical support to the maintenance teams.
- Analyse and interpret engineering issues to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to minimize risks and optimize maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities.
- Participate in the investigation of defects and faults, and provide input to the Asset Management System where required.
