Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at BEUMER Group in Rugby, UK. This is a key role that will entail ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems. Proficiency in Siemens Step 7 Level 2 and knowledge of sortation and conveyor systems are also essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced paternity leave, annual personal development plan, and increased holiday with service.
The successful candidate will work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights, and will be responsible for ensuring all PPM schedules are completed within agreed timescales to a high standard. They will also be required to identify problematic faults, rectify and monitor performance on a continual basis.
