Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Mercury Systems. As a key member of our Quality team, you will provide technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Component Engineering: Lead technical analysis to support customers and solve technical issues related to component engineering.
  • In-Service Support: Drive and manage RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorizations) with Quality teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in Quality Clinic for customer issues and RMA's, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in science or engineering (BA/BS) or higher.
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in electronics manufacturing or repair, preferably in the Aviation, Space, and Defense (ASD) industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certifications: EASA Part 145 Certifying Staff Member (when authorized).
