Holtec International invites applications for the role of Nuclear Project Coordinator, a key position that contributes to the success of our projects and clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction, contract execution, and business growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

The job involves supporting the project management team in the execution of projects, which includes resolving emergent issues, preparing proposals and commercial quotes, reporting activities to management, and providing feedback on competitive activities and market opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining the status of ongoing projects, reviewing product designs for compliance, and approving design changes, specifications, and drawings.

We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience in the Nuclear Power industry, preferably in project execution, project management, or business development, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with dry storage of used nuclear fuel is a plus, as is a PMP certification or equivalent. Your skills should include problem-solving, scheduling using Primavera or Microsoft Project, and proficiency in using a computer for word processing and spreadsheets.

This role offers a competitive salary of $130,000-$160,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. You will have the autonomy to work independently, with minimal supervision, while traveling up to 25% of the time to Entergy plants.
