Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective day-to-day shift cover to support the aims of the project and safeguard residents.
- Deliver support within a harm minimization and strengths-based framework.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of service users.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a front-line social care role within the last 3 years.
- Current valid right to work in the UK.
- Fully enhanced DBS registered on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one through Central Recruitment Services Ltd.
- Employment or education history to cover the last 5 years, verifiable through the referencing process.
- Competitive pay rates, ranging from £12.66 to £14.17 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).
